My Journey
After achieving my honours degree in Linguistics , I became a mum for the first time in 2009 and that's where my journey to the world of psychology began.
I soon realized that the responsibility of bringing a life into this world was extremely vast and I needed more tools that I currently had. This led me to the psychology world.
"Life is unique, challenges through every step. Together many people can make this world a place of beauty and nature. No one knows what the future is to lead us to. Through whatever happens, be yourself"
Olivia McLaren, 10 years old.

Therapist I am Today
This psychological knowledge is the foundation of the person I am today. Now with three amazing children and the qualifications I have attained, I am able to help others in their journey to a happy life.
I truly believe that empathy, compassion and honesty are the foundations for the productive and successful therapist- client relationship.
Over the years I have concluded that taking 100 per cent responsibility for your actions is the key to substantial changes in your life.

I became an accredited bilingual psychotherapist using an integrated approach in my work. I combine different methods of my expertise including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Projection Art therapy, Emotional-Image Therapy , Neurographica and Aromatherapy.
